Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your use of the Doggy Doo Man website and your purchase of our services. By using our site or signing up, you agree to these Terms.

Our service

We provide weekly dog waste cleanup at your home in Otsego, Minnesota and surrounding communities. Our technicians collect pet waste from your yard, double-bag it, and place it in your designated trash bin for your normal trash collection. We do not haul waste away or dispose of it off-site.

Pricing and payment

Plans are priced per week based on the number of dogs, as shown on our pricing page, and are billed monthly. We may change prices with advance notice, and applicable taxes may apply.

Scheduling, weather, and access

• We service rain or shine, but may reschedule for severe weather or unsafe conditions.
• Please keep gates accessible and dogs secured during your scheduled pickup window.
• You are responsible for providing accurate address and access information.

Cancellation

No contracts — you may cancel anytime. Let us know before your next scheduled visit and we’ll stop future service and billing.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doggy Doo Man LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for service in the prior month.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
